HailUp Influencers Videos:

• Users can request personalized videos from celebrities (Talent Users). Talent Users have sole discretion over video content.
• Videos are licensed, not sold. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Business videos are available for promotion and endorsement, subject to additional terms.

Fees and Payment: All fees and payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Arbitration Notice: Disputes are subject to binding arbitration and must be pursued on an individual basis. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

Acknowledgements:

• HailUp Influencers is not liable for any videos or submissions you request.
• You have no expectation of privacy for requested videos or submissions.
• The HailUp Influencers watermark must remain intact on all videos.
• If you breach any terms, we may terminate your access and you must remove all videos.
• Requests may be rejected, and repeated rejections may result in termination of access.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. By using our Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Content and Interactions: Our Site may link to third-party content. HailUp Influencers is not responsible for third-party interactions or content. Investigate as needed before engaging with third parties. We may intercede in disputes, and you must cooperate with us.

Charity: Any arrangements between Talent Users and charities are independent of HailUp Influencers. We do not endorse or affiliate with any charities unless stated otherwise.
